UPS = Bad Service

It is the 5th time that UPS cannot delivery a thing to my house.
UPS keeps saying that the shipping Address is not correct. However, it is correct and google map can find it. Then, UPS sends a postcard to that address (the address that UPS believed it is not correct). The postcard reached me but UPS not.

such a bad service I've ever had.


waiting waiting talking talking calling calling with different and not responsive agents. (call then wait exactly 1 hour for talking with agent at facility).

This must be the last time.
I recommend you to change to USPS or Fedex.
